CardPointe: Setting up User Notifications

Users in CardPointe can easily be set-up to receive notifications on transactions, funding, support tickets, and other events.

As a user in CardPoint, you can easily be set-up to receive notifications on transactions, funding, support tickets, and other events. Follow these screen shots to learn how.

1. Log-in to your CardPointe platform.

2. Go to the Administration Tab, and select the user.

3. Scroll down on the User page to check the notifications they would like to receive or uncheck the notifications they do not need to receive.
